THEY MESSED YUP 2 OF MY REPORTS AND THEY STILL HAD AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT Our method of estimation , our reagent differs from others lab hence the results differ from another lab as well (i HAVE ATTACHED ALL THE SCREENSHOTS.HOW CAN THEY SAY THIS.WHOM WE SHOULD TRUST.SUBURBAN IS ONE OF THE STANDARD LAB THATS WHAT I HAD A VIEW TILL NOW.IF THEY ARE USING DIFFERENT REAGENTS CAN THE TEST DIFFER? SHOULD WE DO 2-3 TESTS TO CONFIRM THIS BY SPENDING SO MUCH THIS HAPPENED WITHIN A SHORT SPAN OF 2-3 DAYS FOR TWO OF MY TESTS. PERSON I AM DEALING WITH IS SWATI SAHAY (MD PATHOLOGIST) THIS MESSAGE IS NOT AGAINST SUBARBAN AS A WHOLE AS I HAVE BEEN USING THIER SERVICES FOR MY FAMILY FOR PAST 4-5 YEARS WITHOUT ANY ISSUE BUT ITS ALWAYS THE NAVELIM BRANCH. MY QUESTION TO SUBARBAN AQUEM/SWATI SAHAY - HOW CAN THE REPORTS CHANGE SO QUICKLY.IS IT NOT MY BLOOD/URINE YOU GUYS TESTED,IS THE BLOOD NOT SAME WHEN I GAVE IT IN YOUR LAB AND OTHER LAB. WHAT ON EARTH YOU MEAN BY THAT YOUR METHODS ARE DIFFERENT THAN OTHER LABS.ARE YOU SAYING THAT YOUR METHOD IS A WRONG METHOD WHICH PROVES ME SICK FOR WHICH I HAVE TO TAKE MEDICINE ALTHOUGH I AM PERFECTLY FINE.IS THIS THE WAY YOU GUYS PLAY AROUND WITH PEOPLES LIFE.DO YOU HAVE SOME CONSCIENCE.I SPENT 2700RS ALMOST TO GET MY TESTS DONE AND IN RETURN GOT ALL MESSED UP REPORTS AND STRESS.THE AUDACITY WITH WHICH YOU TELL ME ALL THESE INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING YOUR MISTAKE,NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE.ITS NOT JUST THE URINE/BILLIRUBIN FEW OTHERS PARAMETERS AS WELL ARE MESSED UP WHICH I HAVE NOT MENTIONED AS IT WOULD BE A MORE LONG REVIEW.WE COME TO YOU WITH SOME FAITH AND NOT FOR THIS.CANT DO YOUR WORK,PLEASE SIT AT HOME THAT WOULD SAVE MORE LIFES THAN PRODUCING SUCH WRONG READING.INCOMPETENT PERSON LIKE YOU SHOULD STAY PEACEFULLY AT HOME MAKING OTHERS LIFE ALSO AT PEACE. First Case : Gave my Urine sample on 27th nov 2024 somewhere between 4pm-5pm.On the reports the collected time what they have mentioned is 18:27. Got back my report by evening and the sample showed that urine was normal(SEE Screenshot1 ATTACHED IN THIS REVIEW).I had got my test done as i was having few of the UTI symptoms and wanted to confirm. I was not convinced with the report as the symptoms were still there.Next day i went there again on 28th and took proself easy 4 test(which did not include urine test) and again repeated my urine test by paying 170rs. Saw my reports somewhere around 5pm - 7:00 pm on 28th .Now the urine showed Infection IN LESS THAN 24 HRS(screenshot 2). Now the funny part was Liver function test ,the bilirubin showed very high 1.41 (Range is 0.1-1.2 mg/dl)(Screenshot 3) My doctor asked me whether i drink seeing those reports. Again i was not satisfied with the reports so went to Another lab, Mohan raiker,margao on 30th Nov 2024 and repeated the test.The test showed 1.05(Screenshot 4) I sent them a mail after the urine test - They called and said urine gets diluted in the evening so it can vary.She told me the patient should tell them that they have symptoms. My question is If urine gets diluted ,why do they collect.Secondly if by drinking water infection reduces within not even 24hrs( as i gave my second sample on 28th between 8:30 am -9:30 am ) why would people go to Doctors. They might as well sit at home and keep diluting their urine :) by drinking water at home and infection would just vanish in the air. Even With antibiotics it takes 2-3 days for infection to come down. Also, why should someone tell them that they have symptoms etc etc. Are you guys going to prescribe any medicine ,ARENT YOU JUST A PATHOLOGY CENTER.If thats the protocal ask and will tell. See screenshot 5 - EMAIL BY SWATHI Again i sent them an email for Billirubin high values on 30th nov 2024 .Did not get her reply until I ASKED FOR THE UPDATE ON 2nd Dec 2024 AND FINALLY REPLY CAME ON 3RD DEC 2024 screenshot 6 and 7
