Disappointing Stay at Hotel Four Season
My recent stay at Hotel Four Season was nothing short of a disappointment. From 20th July to 22nd July, my parents and I experienced a myriad of issues at this so-called luxury establishment.
The air conditioning in our room was faulty throughout our stay, and despite reporting it immediately to Mr. Anand Gupta, a staff member, the problem was left unresolved. The lack of urgency and concern from the hotel management regarding our discomfort was disheartening.
To make matters worse, when we requested compensation for our troubles, Mr. Guptas rude behavior during checkout left us feeling undervalued as paying customers. We expected far better customer service from a reputed hotel like Hotel Four Season.
Even during the late hours of the night, my elderly parents had to endure the AC troubles, leading them to request a room change at 12:30 AM on 21st July. This lack of consideration for their well-being was deeply distressing, especially since we had notified the hotel about the issue much earlier.
