Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are completely free of charge refundable.
Flexible Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 0–48 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining 80% of the booking amount will be refunded, Free rescheduling possible.
Tickets can only be used on the selected date and time mentioned during booking.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked date to be eligible for any changes or rescheduling.
Cancellation requests made 0-48 hours before the booking date are eligible for refund with 20% cancellation Fee of the total advance amount paid.
Tickets can be rescheduled to a different date (subject to availability) if updated before 8:00 AM on the selected date of the visit.
No additional rescheduling fee applies.
Rescheduling is only allowed once per booking.
In the event of extreme weather conditions or park closure, tickets will be rescheduled to another date at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.
Tickets will be deemed forfeited if the ticket holder does not show up on the booked date and time. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.
Tickets purchased under special promotions, discounts, or offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
